The 2nd in SAN FRANCISCO on MAY 23 —> just 3 days before I embark on a 3-month Europa adventure so please come see me off! Laura Weinbach of Foxtails Brigade and I are sharing the bill, and I’ll be joined by my band: Dan Cantrell (saw, accordion and things), Chris Lauf (drums) and Paul the Martian (upright bass). TONIGHT’s the night. Moore Brothers are excellent. The Family Crest is excellent. I’m opening at 9pm sharp. Aim a little earlier at 8:30, to be sure you don’t miss a note of the set I’ve got planned for you… with cameos by Lara Cushing on cello, Daniel Wright on vocals and guitar, Chelsea Coleman on harmonies, Graham Patzner on fiddle, and possibly some more surprise excellence :)
